Training Centre Facilities
Is there disabled access?
Yes our Training Centre has full disabled access, We are on the ground floor with direct access to our Training Centre from the car park. If you require any further details please do not hesitate to call us on 01908 410261.
Are there refreshments available?
Yes, refreshments available will be Tea, Coffee and water. Also the cafe within the building will be open between 8.30am – 3pm Monday to Friday.
Is there free parking?
There is ample free parking just outside the Training Centre.
Bookings, Cancellations & Amendments
How do we book and pay for a training event?
Simply choose the course you wish to attend from the dates available in the Training Calendar and pay online. If you are looking to book a large number of courses or sessions then you can choose to pay by BACS by calling us in the office on 01908 410261.
How do I know if my booking has gone through?
You will receive a confirmation Email.
What do I do if I have made a mistake with my booking?
Simply call us on 01908 410261 or Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will amend any mistakes for you.
How do I rearrange my booking?
If you can not attend the session it’s not a problem, we run the courses every month simply give us a ring on 01908 410261 or email us on email@example.com and we will reschedule your session for you.
Can someone else take my place on the course or module?
Yes, simply give us a ring on 01908 410261 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can amend your booking.
What is the process to book on to a training event?
- Click on the Training Module and Date in the calendar.
- Choose the required amount of tickets, then click the book ticket button.
- Go to your basket and proceed to checkout.
- Fill in all required details on the billing form.
- Click “Place Order” and you will be sent your order confirmation via email.
You can then make your payment via BACS.

Yes… please give us a ring on 01908 410261 and we can arrange that for you.
What is the difference between a course and a module?
Our “courses” are complete levels of 3 G Suite training modules. Each “module” is a 2 hour lesson, with specific teaching objectives, covering 2-4 different G suite apps.
How long are the courses?
A course is covered in 3 modules. You can book an entire course, or book into one module. Each course/level is 6 hours of learning time here at our training centre, broken down into progressive 2 hour sessions/modules. You can organise a complete training course in one day, 2 half days or 3 twilight sessions from 4pm-6pm.
How long are the modules?
Each module is a 2 hour training session here at our Milton Keynes G Suite Training Centre. You can also organise 3 modules in a complete training day, or take our programmed twilight modules from 4pm-6pm every week.
When do i receive my certificate?
It may take upto 2 weeks for you to receive your Certificate via Email.

What is the difference between the Education and Business courses?
Our Education courses have been designed specifically to help teachers and schools to use the power of G Suite for Education to help their students to gain practical digital skills. Our Business courses have been designed based on our experience in helping businesses to move to the cloud, and enjoy a smooth, positive transition to use G suite to streamline their digital business practices.
